3.6. “OVHC” and “Overseas Visitor Health Insurance” shall mean in Australia, the Overseas Visitor Health Cover is health insurance for international visitors visiting or working in Australia on a temporary visa. OVHC is available for people travelling to Australia on holidays, visiting relatives, or for those who are working on a temporary basis.

3.7. “Customer”, “You” shall mean the person or organisation named as being the Customer.

• Promotional offers can only be redeemed once per billing authority for each promotional period.

We compare a range of products as approved and consented by health insurance providers listed on the website, including Medibank, AHM, BUPA, Allianz and NIB (Participating Health Products). Not all Participating Health Products are compared through the Website, and at times, not all brands or products from those Participating Health Products may be available of offered to you.

• The Website do not compare all of the insurance products offered by the participating health insurance providers, but only a range which are made available to Insurance Booking for comparison being the Participating Health Products. The Participating Health products can vary from time to time and when we provide You with a comparison, we are only comparing those Particpating Health products which may suit your needs.

• You hereby declare, on your behalf and on behalf of all persons proposed to be insured, that the statements, answers and/ or particulars given by you are true and complete in all respects to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to propose on behalf of these other persons.

• You understand that the information provided by you will form the basis of the insurance policy, is subject to the Board approved underwriting policy of the insurance provider and that the policy will come into force only after full payment of the sum amount chargeable.

• You understand that Insurance Booking is not a registered health care service provider and we make no warranties on the health insurance provider fulfilling their obligations for the policy you may purchase through our website.

• You understand that Insurance Booking is not an insurance service provider and shall not be liable directly or indirectly for any claims, processing of claims, refunds, processing of refunds and you assume all risks and liabilities and offer immunity to Insurance Booking or Studynet for outcomes arising from the use of goods or services provided by the third party insurance provider.
