  1. Refunds. If you meet the conditions set forth by the provider for refunds, the following situations may result in the provider facilitating a refund for your purchase:
    1. If the Department of Immigration and Citizenship rejected your visa (proof from DIAC will be required).
  2. You’ve made the decision not to visit Australia.
  3. Instances in which you unintentionally purchased two plans from the same or separate suppliers.
  4. Your application contains an error.

If the provider is obligated to give you a complete refund, Insurance Booking will do the same, but will deduct any commissions and bank fees associated with sending you an international payment. If you are not eligible for a full refund and Insurance Booking must send you an international payment, Insurance Booking will refund you for the portion of your premium that was not used, less any commissions and bank fees that may be assessed, any minimum cover period or refund processing fees that your provider may impose. Refunds will be handled back to the original card or returned to the original source where the money were originally received.
