Refunds Are Accepted till 30 Days of Purchase

1. Eligible Refund Scenarios:
Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
– Visa Rejection: If your student visa application is rejected by the Department of Home Affairs, we will facilitate a full refund. Please provide proof of the visa refusal.
– Change of Plans: If you decide not to visit Australia or unintentionally purchase two plans from the same or different suppliers, we will assist with the refund process.
– Application Errors: If your application contains an error, we’ll work with you to rectify it.

2. Refund Process:
– If the insurance provider is legally obligated to issue a full refund, the insurance company will manage the refund directly.
– Deductions: Please note that any commissions and bank fees associated with international payments will be deducted from the refund amount.
– Partial Refunds: If you’re not eligible for a full refund and an international payment is necessary, the insurance company will refund the unused portion of your premium. Deductions may apply based on commissions, bank fees, minimum cover period requirements, or refund processing fees imposed by the provider.
– Payment Charge: The payment charge incurred during your purchase from Insurance Booking remains non-refundable.

3. Agent/Sub-Agent Responsibilities:
– Agents/sub-agents are not entitled to any commission related to refunded premiums.
– Refunds approved to agents/sub-agents (minus any previously paid commission and international transaction fees) must be promptly forwarded to the client. This ensures that clients receive a full refund of the premium paid.

4. Other Situations:
– Refund policies may vary by provider. Please refer to each provider’s specific policy for details.
– Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 4 weeks after receiving all relevant refund documents.
