- The agent will be able to see, the visa status once the policy cover has been purchased by the insurance team and the status is marked as completed.
- This visa status will be displayed on the Post Sales Process menu in the side menu bar
- Choose the visa status of the student for complete the purchase process.

How to access your certificate

- Once the payment status is completed, the certificate is sent by our insurance team from 24- 48 hours (working week)
- Once the Certificate has been uploaded the registered agent email account and the student email account will receive the certificate.
- You will also be able to view your certificate in the Post Sales Process page.

What if deferred process takes more money ?
What if I have to add more time in the cover while deferred ?
- Once the visa status option has been changed, the agent would need to select the new dates required.
- If the total new accumulated policy cover date (example : 24 months 15 days) exceeds the previous one (EG: 23 months 1 Day)
- Only the difference between the two cover needs to be paid through the normal checkout process.
What if deferred process takes less money ?
What if i have to reduce the cover time while deferring ?
- Once the visa status option has been changed, the agent would need to select the new dates required.
- If the total new accumulated policy cover date (EG: 20months 15 days) is less than the previous dates (EG: 24 months 1 Day)
- The agent will be able to download a refund instructions after the checkout page
- The agent can follow the instructions process according to the PDF provided with the difference amount and unique refund ID.

- If the visa of the student is declined, please select the declined option in the post Sales Process Page
- After the selection, the process for the refund will automatically start and you will be able to see the status in the Post Sales Process Page itself.
