  • Get your Quote with the required dates and provider
  • Fill up all the required details of the client
  • Choose Tele Transfer as your mode of payment
  • Click on ‘Download my instructions for telegraphic transfer payment’ for further instruction and payment details
  • Complete the Payment with the instruction provided from your Invoice
  • Upload invoice via your agent account in the post sales section of that specific order.
  • Once uploaded, the insurance team will verify the payment received with the payment receipt uploaded.
  • Once the verification is positive, the cover is provided in your portal
  • End of Process

  • Get your Quote with the required dates and provider
  • Fill up all the required details of the client
  • Choose Poli Pay as your mode of payment
  • Choose the mode of Payment through Poli Pay (Pay through PAY ID or Balance Transfer)
  • Further Instructions will be given in the Poli Pay portal for the payment process

  • Choose Flywire as the payment method
  • Fill up necessary fields for Flywire Gateway
  • Choose your Desired Currency
  • Generate an invoice containing all the details of the bank transfer
  • Transfer the Specified amount through bank
  • Upload the receipt in your Agent Portal

    Journey for Accessing Sales Pipeline

  • Login to your Agent Account
  • Click on my sales pipeline on side menu bar
  • You will be able to see all of your sales details like Status, Cover details and Receipt Upload in the page .

    Journey for Review and Payment

  • Get your quote with the required dates and providers
  • Fill up all the required details of the client
  • Once you have filled up the details with the Referral Code (Filled), press next and don’t go through with the payment
  • Once you are in the checkout page, note that all the clients’ details have been saved and visible from your sales pipeline page
  • Now you will be able to review the details of your clients and make payment later in the future

    Journey for Upload Receipt

  • Go in your agent account
  • Go to sales pipeline on the left side menu bar
  • You will be able to see upload payment proof button under the payment status
  • Upload your receipt (Supported Files: JPG, PNG, PDF, JPEG)
  • Once uploaded you will be able to see your uploaded file in the payment status page as uploaded file
  • You can view and replace your file with the same upload payment

    Journey for Accessing Visa Status

  • The agent will be able to see, the visa status once the policy cover has been purchased by the insurance team and the status is marked as completed.
  • This visa status will be displayed on the Post Sales Process menu in the side menu bar
  • Choose the visa status of the student for complete the purchase process.

    Payment Journey for Accessing Your Certificate

  • Once the payment status is completed, the certificate is sent by our insurance team from 24- 48 hours (working week)
  • Once the Certificate has been uploaded the registered agent email account and the student email account will receive the certificate.
  • You will also be able to view your certificate in the Post Sales Process page.

    What if I have to add more time in the cover while deferred ?

  • Once the visa status option has been changed, the agent would need to select the new dates required.
  • If the total new accumulated policy cover date (example : 24 months 15 days) exceeds the previous one (EG: 23 months 1 Day)
  • Only the difference between the two cover needs to be paid through the normal checkout process.

    What if i have to reduce the cover time while deferring ?

  • Once the visa status option has been changed, the agent would need to select the new dates required.
  • If the total new accumulated policy cover date (EG: 20months 15 days) is less than the previous dates (EG: 24 months 1 Day)
  • The agent will be able to download a refund instructions after the checkout page
  • The agent can follow the instructions process according to the PDF provided with the difference amount and unique refund ID.

    Journey for Refund Process

  • If the visa of the student is declined, please select the declined option in the post Sales Process Page
  • After the selection, the process for the refund will automatically start and you will be able to see the status in the Post Sales Process Page itself.
